Press Release: IIC Award for outstanding customer service (Total Landlord Insurance)
During the rigorous assessment customers were asked to take part in a full survey and were asked for open and honest feedback in four key areas:
• Understanding clients needs
• Meeting clients needs
• Delighting clients
• Engendering loyalty
The IIC award is the only award based entirely on client and employee feedback and solely focusing on the client experience.
Terri Dunne, Director of Operations Insurance, said “I am thrilled and extremely proud that our team has been awarded this accreditation. As specialist insurance providers to the landlord industry it is great to know that our customers feel that we are providing an outstanding level of service. The team work extremely hard and I’m pleased that this has been recognised by an independent body”.
Eddie Hooker, CEO of Hamilton Fraser also said “I am extremely grateful that our clients have taken the time to take part in this survey. We remain committed to constantly improving and this award has shown that we are moving in the right direction”
